Where today's NEPSE liquidity went — the most-traded scrips ranked by rupee turnover, traded volume, and total number of transactions.
A scrip can dominate the day in three different ways. Turnover (rupees) tells you where the money flowed — a high-priced stock can top this list with relatively few trades. Volume (number of shares) often crowns the cheaper or freshly-listed names where retail participation is heavy. Transactions (number of distinct trades) shows the breadth of participation — high transaction count with low average size is the signature of retail-driven moves.
Look at all three rankings together. A stock leading on turnover but lagging on transactions is likely seeing institutional or large-block activity. A stock leading on transactions but missing from turnover signals retail-heavy churn at low ticket size.
