Overlay up to 3 stocks against the NEPSE index, normalised to % change from the start of the selected window.
Stock's % minus NEPSE's % at the same point
A raw price chart can't tell you whether a stock is actually beating the market — a Rs 2,000 share that gains Rs 40 and a Rs 200 share that gains Rs 20 look very different in rupees but the second one moved more. This tool solves that by normalising every series to percentage change from the start of your selected window, so the NEPSE index and up to three stocks all begin at 0% and you compare them on the same scale. A line above the NEPSE curve is outperforming the broad market; a line below it is lagging.
Use it to check whether a holding is leading or trailing its index, to compare peers in the same sector head-to-head, or to see how a stock held up through a market drawdown. Pick a longer window to judge trend and a shorter one for recent momentum. For the live market and today's movers, see the NEPSE live market and gainers & losers.
