Track every NEPSE issue from announcement to listing — open IPOs you can apply to right now, plus upcoming and forthcoming IPOs, FPOs, right shares, mutual funds, foreign-employment IPOs and debentures.
An IPO (Initial Public Offering) is the first time a company sells shares to the general public, typically through NEPSE-licensed issue managers. An FPO (Further Public Offering) is a follow-on sale by an already-listed company — usually priced above face value. A Right Share is offered only to existing shareholders at a fixed ratio. A Mutual Fund issue raises capital for a professionally-managed scheme; Debentures are fixed-income instruments paying a coupon to bondholders.
Applications are submitted via your bank's C-ASBA / Mero Share login. Each issue carries an opening and closing date — apply on any day in that window. Allocation usually follows two weeks after closing; check "Current Issues" for live subscription progress and "Pipeline IPOs" for issues that have been announced but haven't yet opened a date.
