About Hamroshare

Hamroshare gives Nepali investors and traders fast, accurate access to NEPSE market data without the friction of jumping between five different broker portals, news sites and spreadsheets.

The product covers the whole NEPSE workflow:

• Live market — quotes, gainers / losers, top traders, sector performance refreshed every few seconds during open hours.
• Investment surfaces — upcoming IPOs, pipeline IPOs, current issues, proposed dividend timeline.
• Free calculators — buy/sell with full broker fees, capital gains tax, WACC, dividend, bonus / right adjustment, Graham's number, SIP, EMI, risk-reward position sizing. Always current with SEBON / NEPSE / IRD fees.
• Personal tools — watchlist with named portfolios, notes per symbol, price alerts. All synced with our Android & iOS apps so you have the same data wherever you trade.
• Advanced Chart (Premium) — TradingView-grade NEPSE charting with smart-money concepts, harmonic patterns, Elliott Wave, ICT zones and seasonal forecasts.

Hamroshare is built and run from Kathmandu, Nepal by a small team that's been investing in NEPSE since well before the platform existed. We're traders first, builders second — every feature gets shipped because we wanted it for our own portfolios.

The mobile app launched in 2020 and has grown into a community of tens of thousands of NEPSE investors. The web companion (the site you're on) is the newer half of the product — same data, same accounts, larger screen.

Live quotes, indices, gainers/losers and floorsheet data are sourced from NEPSE's official feeds. Historical data comes from NEPSE's end-of-day publications. IPO and dividend details come from SEBON announcements and issuer disclosures. We aggregate, deduplicate, and normalise — we don't fabricate.

Real-time data may be delayed by a few seconds during high-traffic moments. We don't guarantee accuracy beyond what NEPSE itself publishes — see our Terms of Service for full disclaimers.

Hamroshare runs on three revenue streams: display ads (Google AdSense) on the public surfaces, premium subscriptions sold through our mobile app for advanced charting and analysis, and brand partnerships listed transparently on our Partners page. We don't take payments from issuers, brokers, or anyone else to influence what data we show or how we show it.
