Terms of Service

Hamroshare (the “Service”, “we”, “us”) is a NEPSE-focused web and mobile companion run from Kathmandu, Nepal. The web service is reachable at hamroshare.com.np; the mobile app is available on Android and iOS via onelink.to/hamroshare. You can reach us at [email protected].

Hamroshare aggregates publicly available NEPSE market data — live quotes, gainers/losers, IPO listings, dividend announcements, calendar events — and pairs it with calculators (broker fees, capital gains tax, WACC, SIP, EMI), a personal watchlist, notes, alerts, and a TradingView-grade Advanced Chart for premium subscribers.

Real-time data is sourced from NEPSE's official feeds and may be delayed by up to a few seconds. Historical data comes from NEPSE's end-of-day publications.

Everything you read on Hamroshare is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing here is investment, financial, tax, legal or accounting advice.

Markets are inherently risky. Past performance does not predict future results. Always do your own research and consult a SEBON-registered investment advisor before making trading decisions. Hamroshare is not a SEBON-registered broker, dealer, advisor or merchant banker.

We work hard to keep numbers correct, but data can lag, drop or contain errors — both upstream (NEPSE feeds) and on our side (caching, deploys, network blips). We provide the Service “as is” with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. If you spot a discrepancy, file an issue via Customer Support.

We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or because an upstream provider is unavailable. We don't guarantee any specific uptime.

Some features (Watchlist, Notes, Alerts, Advanced Chart) require sign-in via Google. By signing in you agree that:

• You're responsible for activity under your account.
• The data you save (symbols, notes, alerts) is yours; we store it on Firestore and sync it between web and the mobile app on the same Google account.
• You can delete your account or wipe your data at any time by emailing us at [email protected].

Premium features (Advanced Chart, smart-money concepts, harmonic forecasts, ICT/Elliott analyses) are sold via the Hamroshare mobile app. Subscriptions auto-renew per the app store terms (Google Play / Apple App Store) and the same paid status flows through to web on the same Google account.

Refund and cancellation policies are governed by the app store you purchased through. We don't process payments directly; Google Play and Apple App Store do.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or commercially redistribute our data without written permission. We rate-limit and run bot detection — accounts and IPs that abuse the service are banned.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code or API secrets.
• Use the service to build a competing product, or to feed third-party trading systems without our consent.
• Probe, scan, or attack the infrastructure.
• Misrepresent the data — e.g. screenshotting and re-publishing as authoritative quotes without attribution.

We embed or link to third-party services — Google AdSense, Google Sign-In, Firebase, NEPSE, news publishers, payment providers (eSewa, Khalti). Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use those features. We don't control external sites we link to.

Hamroshare is funded partly by advertising — primarily Google AdSense. Ads use cookies to measure performance and, with your consent, to personalise what you see. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner or via Google Ads Settings.

The Hamroshare name, logos, copy, calculators, charting interface and all original content are owned by us and protected by Nepali and international copyright and trademark law. NEPSE-sourced data remains the property of its respective owners. You may copy a reasonable amount for personal use; commercial use needs our written permission.

To the extent allowed by law, Hamroshare and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including trading losses, missed opportunities, or data inaccuracies.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute will be heard in courts of Kathmandu.
