How to check an IPO result in Nepal?

Open iporesult.cdsc.com.np, choose the company, enter your 16-digit BOID and the captcha, and press View Result. You can also check in Meroshare under My ASBA → Application Report, where the status changes to Alloted or Not Alloted.

Recent IPO results

Option 1: CDSC IPO result site

  1. Go to iporesult.cdsc.com.np.
  2. Pick the company from the drop-down. It appears only once the result is published.
  3. Enter your BOID — the 16-digit number starting with 130 that your DP gave you.
  4. Type the captcha and press View Result.

Option 2: Meroshare

  1. Log in to Meroshare and open My ASBA.
  2. Choose Application Report and select the issue.
  3. Press Report: the status shows Alloted (with units) or Not Alloted.

Meroshare also shows results for each family member's account you manage, one login at a time. The CDSC site lets you check any BOID without logging in.

When are results published?

The issue manager runs the allotment after the issue closes and the applications are reconciled — usually within a week or two. The IPO page on Hamroshare shows the expected result date while it is pending.

I was not allotted. When do I get my money back?

Nothing was debited — the bank only blocked the amount. The block is released after the allotment, normally within a few days of the result.

When do allotted shares show in my demat?

Allotted units are credited to your demat account after the result, before the shares list on NEPSE. You can see them in Meroshare → My Shares.
