The 391st Board Meeting of the company, held on 2082.12.01 (March 15, 2026) has unanimously appointed Mr. Fanendra Raj Joshi as its new Chairman. Mr. Joshi, a nominee of Chilime Hydropower Co. Ltd., succeeds Mr. Tulasi Ram Dhakal, who resigned from the chairmanship due to personal commitments but will continue to serve as a Board Member. The transition is effective as of today's board resolution.
