During the company's 388th board meeting held on 2082/09/29 (Evening), the Board of MBJC selected Mr. Tulsi Ram Dhakal as its new Chairperson. Representing Chilime Hydropower, he succeeds Mr. Subhash Kumar Mishra, who reached mandatory retirement on 2082/09/28 from his service in NEA. Simultaneously, Mr. Tek Nath Tiwari (from NEA) was inducted as a new Director. The board currently comprises eight members representing Chilime, the NEA, and the general public.
