This is reference to the captioned matter. the management of Unilever Nepal Limited (UNL) suggested to change role of existing Company Secretary Ms Sangeeta Shrestha in order to give her wider and better exposure in business and the proposal has been well accepted by Ms Sangeeta Shrestha and the post has been fulfilled by appointing Mr. Govinda Bahadur Shahi with the effect from 15 TH January 2024.
