Dear Sir/Ma’am, In reference to the captioned matter, the 197 th Board of Directors meeting of Unilever Nepal Limited was held in a virtual manner i.e. (video call via Microsoft Team Site) at 4:45 PM on Friday, 30 th October 2026. The Board of Directors have approved the audited Annual Accounts of the Company for FY 2082/83 and thereby has recommended dividend distribution, out of the profit available for appropriation. Hence in compliance to the Securities Listing Bylaws 2075, bylaw 22, Sub-bylaw 1 (c), (d) and (e), we hereby would like to inform your office that the Board has recommended the dividend for FY 2082/83 which is NPR 1,540 per equity share and Book Closure Date will be 9 th to 23 rd Mangsir, 2083 (25 th November to 9 th December 2026).
