Dear Sir/Ma’am, In reference to the captioned matter, the 179 TH Board of Directors meeting of Unilever Nepal Limited was held on Friday, 26 Ashwin 2080 (13 th October 2023). The Board of Directors have approved the audited Annual Accounts of the Company for FY 2079/80 and thereby has recommended distribution of NPR 1580 Per equity share as dividend out of the profit available for appropriation. The dividend payout is remarking the celebration of 30years successful journey of Unilever Nepal Limited. Hence in compliance with bylaw 22 (c), (d) and (e) of NEPSE bylaws, we hereby would like to inform your office that the Board has recommended the dividend for FY 2079/80 which is NPR 1580 Per equity share and Book Closure Date will be 12 TH Mangsir to 26TH Mangsir 2080 (28th November to 12th December 2023).
