Mr. Ram Kumar Thebe, Ms. Rama Khadka, Mr. Bhuminanda Aryal, and Mr. Govinda Prasad Parajuli were elected as directors on behalf of the general public during the Election program held on 2080/03/20. Their election took place after the 10th and 11th Annual General Meeting of the company, which were held at Nepal Pragya Prasthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. They were officially welcomed during the 309th Board meeting of the company on 2080/03/27, and began their directorship duties from the same date. On the other hand, Mr. Dhruba Bhattarai, the chief manager of the Employees Provident Fund (EPF), earlier nominated as director from the EPF, does not automatically retain his position as a director after the director member election program.
