Regarding the Election of Director representing Public Shareholde

Dear Sir In 2021, the Company had issued an Election schedule for the purpose of Election to the post of Director representing Public Shareholders as per the internal byelaws. Nomination had been received against the same, but the further process could not be conducted because as per a litigation filed against the Company, the Company had been served with an order of the Hon’ble High Court at Patan directing us not to conduct the Election until the matter is decided. The election cannot be conducted this year as the stay order passed by the Hon’ble High Court at Patan still remains operative. The Company is contesting the issue with right legal guidance and representation. The same would be mentioned in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, 2022 and the shareholders shall also be informed in the meeting. This is for your information and record.
