Dear Sir, The Annual General Meeting of Unilever Nepal Limited was held in a virtual manner i.e. (video/audio call via Cisco Webex Site) at 15:45 PM NST on Thursday, 28 th October 2021 considering the current pandemic. The shareholders have unanimously approved the distribution of NPR 650 Per share as dividend out of the profit available for appropriation. Hence in compliance with of the 22(d) of NEPSE bylaws, we hereby would like to inform your office that the dividend for FY 2077/78 which is NPR 650 Per share has been confirmed and unanimously approved by the shareholders of the Company.
