In accordance with the directives received from your esteemed office regarding the above subject, this Swastik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited issued and opened for sale shares to the general public through a public offering from 30 Shrawan 2082 to 03 Bhadra 2082 , and the allotment was completed on 12 Bhadra 2082 . Out of the total 231,000 ordinary shares allotted through the public issue, 5 percent, i.e., 11,550 ordinary shares , were issued and allotted to Collective Investment Schemes .
