In this regard, it is hereby requested for the information of all concerned that, as per the decision of the 89th meeting of the Board of Directors of this financial institution held on Sunday, 13th Paush, 2082 BS, corresponding to 28th December, 2025, it has been decided to re-appoint the Chief Executive Officer of this financial institution, Mr. Dhirendra Lal Karna, for a second term (4 years) with effect from 10th January, 2082 BS.
