The Board meeting of the company of dated 2082.07.24 has accepted the resignations of the chairman Mr. Hari Prasad Pandey and the directors Mr. Bishnu Prasad Pandey,Mr Shatrughan K.C., Mrs Pragya Thapa and Mrs Shova Pandey. And the same meeting has also appointed Mr Kiran K.C as Chairman and Mr Somnath Pathak and Mrs Bhawana Bhandari as directors of the company.
