Dear Sir, The 31 st Annual General Meeting of Unilever Nepal Limited was physically held in the Everest Hotel, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu at 16:30 PM NST on Monday, 28th October 2024. The shareholders have unanimously approved the distribution of NPR 1,714 Per share as dividend out of the profit available for appropriation in that meeting.
