Subject: Intimation on the Recommendation of Dividend and Book Closure Date for the Financial Year 2080/81 (2023/24) pursuant to bylaw 22(c), (d) and (e) of NEPSE bylaws. Dear Sir/Ma’am, In reference to the captioned matter, the 185 th Board of Directors meeting of Unilever Nepal Limited was held in a virtual manner i.e. (video call via Microsoft Team Site) at 3:30 PM NST on Wednesday, 9 Asoj 2081 (25 th September 2024). The Board of Directors have approved the audited Annual Accounts of the Company for FY 2080/81 and thereby has recommended dividend distribution of NPR 1,714 per equity share out of the profit available for appropriation. Hence in compliance with bylaw 22 (c), (d) and (e) of NEPSE bylaws, we hereby would like to inform your office that the Board has recommended the dividend for FY 2080/81 which is NPR 1,714 per equity share and Book Closure Date will be 28 th Asoj 2081 to 12 th Kartik 2081 (14 th October to 28 th October 2024) . The certified copy of the Board Meeting Resolution is attached herewith this letter.
