Subject: Intimation of Re-Appointment of the Chairman and Nominee Director Dear Sir/Ma’am, Pursuant to Regulation 26(5) of Securities Registration and Issue Regulations 2073 and chapter 6, 22(1) of Securities Listing Bye Laws 2075, this is to inform you that, Mr. Dev Bajpai and Mr. Yogesh Mishra have been re-appointed as the chairman and the nominee director respectively. The Board has approved the re-appointed process with the effective date from 13 TH January 2024 (2080.09.28) as per the Company Act 2063, section 86(2), 87(2), and article 61.1, article 68 of Article of Association of the company.
