The tenure of the chairman and the directors who currently represent the directors from promotor share holders will end on 2079 Chaitra 11. So, in order to keep the regular tasks of the Bank running, the term of the directors who are representing from the promoter group has been extended to the coming AGM, decided by the 285th meeting of the Board of Directors of this Bank held on 2079/11/24.
