The Election of the Directors held on 13th AGM of Chandragiri Hills Ltd. chose followings as Directors for the tenure of four years unanimously. 1) Hemraj Dhakal (from Promoter Shareholders) 2) Uttam Kumar Nepal (from Promoter Shareholders) 3) Kalyan Gurung (from Promoter Shareholders) 4) Dilip Sekhar Shrestha (from Promoter Shareholders) Similarly, Meeting of the Board of Directors held on the same day (Poush 21,2079) selected Mr. Hemraj Dhakal to be the Chairman of the Board.
