Dear Sir, The 29 TH Annual General Meeting of Unilever Nepal Limited was physically held in the Everest Hotel, New Baneshwor at 16:30 PM NST on Tuesday, 6th December 2022. The shareholders have unanimously approved the distribution of NPR 1215 Per share as dividend out of the profit available for appropriation in that meeting. Hence in compliance with of the 22(d) of NEPSE bylaws, we hereby would like to inform your office that the dividend for FY 2078/79 which is NPR 1215 Per share has been confirmed and unanimously approved by the shareholders of the Company.
