यस कलिन्चोक हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडको सार्वजनिक निष्काशन मार्फत निष्काशन गरिएको साधारण शेयर मिति २०८३/०१/०७ गते बाँडफाँड गरिएको मितिले सामूहिक लगानी कोष नियमावली , २०६७ को नियम ४६ बमोजिम सर्वसाधारणलाई छुट्टाईएको शेयर मध्येको ५% ले हुन आउने रु. ४१ , २५ , ००० (अक्षरेपी एकचालिस लाख पच्चिस हजार) रकम बराबरको ४१ , २५० कित्ता शेयरको लक इन ( Lock In) अवधि श्री नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको मिति २०८०/०८/२५ गतेको पत्र संख्या ८०/८१ चलानी नं. १५२३ को पत्रबाट निर्देशन भए बमोजिम मिति २०८३/०७/०६ (सन् २०२६/१०/२३) मा समाप्त हुने व्यहोरा सम्पुर्ण शेयरधनी महानुभावहरु , नियमनकारी निकाय तथा सबै सरोकारवालाहरु लाई जानकारीको लागी यो सूचना प्रकाशन गरिएको छ ।
