The Board of Directors of Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, in its 403rd meeting held on 2083/05/10, has accepted the resignation submitted by the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Keshav Kumar Paudel , due to personal/family reasons. The resignation shall be effective from 2083/06/01 (Ashoj 1, 2083) . The Company will initiate the process for appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions and the Company's prevailing rules and regulations.
