Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited hereby informs all concerned stakeholders that its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was successfully concluded on Shrawan 10, 2083 (B.S.). The AGM consistently approved all the proposed agenda items presented before the meeting, including the appointment of M. Tiwari & Associates, Kirtipur, Kathmandu, as the Statutory Auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83 (B.S.).
